Assistant Accountant/Accountant

Singapore Ascenture Accounting Services Pte. Ltd. Full time

- Responsible for handling full set of accounts including AR, AP and GL

- Generate monthly financial statements to management

- Closing and preparation of yearly financial statements and audit schedules (including work-in-progress schedule)

- Coordinate with project sites on inventory listing and year-end inventory-count

- Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns

- Monitoring and managing of accounts receivables collection

- Coordinate with overseas suppliers on shipment of materials to Singapore and payments to them

- Handle the company`s cash management functions

- Handle company`s banking facilities including trade facilities and project accounts

- Liase with banks on submission of letter of credits, trust receipts and renewal of bank facilities and any bank's requests

- Handle monthly payroll including CPF and FWL submissions

- Handle monthly sales commission and incentives for salesmen

- Handle company's Government grant matters

- Liase with the Authorities (IRAS, BCA, MOM, ISO, etc)

- Liase with external auditor and tax agent on audit and tax matters and

- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
