Job Summary:
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse activities. The role requires a deep understanding of warehousing operations, proficiency in SAP, exceptional people management skills, and a focus on ensuring productivity and accuracy within the warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with established company procedures.
  • Oversee inventory control, receiving, storing, and shipping of products.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of warehousing best practices to optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and workflow processes.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and shipping.
  • Lead and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines, operational procedures, and performance standards.
  • Utilize SAP and other relevant software to track inventory movements, generate reports, and analyze warehouse data for process improvement.
  • Identify areas for efficiency enhancement and implement measures to increase productivity without compromising accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies regarding warehouse operations.

Job Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or similar role with in-depth knowledge of warehousing operations.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar warehouse management software.
  • With a Driver's license Class 3, preferably can operate a forklift.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills to effectively lead and motivate a warehouse team.
  • Emphasis on maintaining productivity and accuracy while handling warehouse activities.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities in a warehouse setting.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Willing to start immediately
