Sourcing Executive
Location: pickup from Boon Lay MRT
6 months – 1 year contract
Working hours: 9am to 530pm (Mon – Fri)
Salary: Up to 3.6k + pro-rated completion and performance bonus
Job Responsibilities:
•Coordinate regulatory documentation and sample requests - process and tract requests, expedite documents and samples, ensure all requests are fulfilled.
•Prepare assigned administrative duties such as raising QAFs, Sample POs and etc.
•Update assigned purchasing databases
•Coordinate Sample POs - expedite and ensure prompt deliveries of items.
•Assist in maintaining information to the Global Purchasing Database.
•Assist buyers in projects coordination.
•Assist in office administrative duties such as distribution of incoming mails and parcels
Prior Procurement Experience will be advantageous
