Work hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Job Scope
- Attend to patients' enquiries and provide any clarifications
- Assist in appointment making via email
- Assist in appointment making for callers
- Maintain basic telephone standards are adhered to
- Ensure general maintenance of workstation.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Asst / Clinic Operations Executive - Ensures general housekeeping and cleanliness is maintained 

Job Requirement
• Minimum Nitec/diploma/A level
• Fully vaccinated
