Responsibilities:

  • Managing SG spending for Direct, Indirect Material and Equipment category.
  • Managing CSP enhancement projects for SEA Market
  • Prepare monthly savings reports and pipeline consolidation into procurement portal
  • Learn and apply Total Delivered Cost (TDC) sourcing process tool and skill to execute sourcing initiative
  • Identifies, develops, and implements sourcing strategies and savings projects
  • Collaborate with Regional Category Team to develop and implement strategies
  • Engages supplier organization and internal stakeholders to achieve project milestones and action plans.
  • Support all business unit across SG for lower delivered cost through TDC model and savings initiatives
  • Develop alternate suppliers. Engages appropriate resources (Quality, Supply Chain, RDE, Regulatory) to qualify and approve potential new suppliers
  • Assembles contracts and implements supply positions to ensure the security of supply and achievement of procurement goals
  • Work closely with the Supply Chain team on inventory control, quality of materials, process safety for material used.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering/Chemistry/Business and/or procurement experience with 3 years of relevant experience
  • Chemical plant experience will be advantageous
  • Preferred with ISO and Halal knowledge
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Oracle and SAP system
  • Has experience and knowledge about ERP integration or Microsoft Power BI
