Job Responsibilities:
  • To lead and manage a team of MSOs to support the operations of the Research & Graduate Office.
  • Manage the overseas non-graduating research students (non-exchange) program (STP).
  • Oversee and manage the full spectrum of research programs by research (M.Eng. & Ph.D.), including joint degree programs.
  • Ensure the adherence to the university academic policies and guidelines.
  • Provide academic advising and basic counselling to students as and when needed.
  • Oversee and manage the research grants administration (including RCAs), research finance, research staff hiring, and ensuring corporate governance of research projects and research integrity.
  • In charge of research publicity, research events, research seminars, and research industry collaborations.
  • To handle research data reporting (statistics/data required by various offices in NTU, external agencies, government organizations and P&T/contract renewals/faculty appraisals).


Job Requirements:
  • Recognized university degree or its equivalent with at least 5 years' experience in research administration/ graduate program management in a tertiary education institution.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience leading a dynamic administrative team.
  • Equipped with strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex issues and handle stress.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of commitment and initiative.
