Job Description:

Manage project progress and resolve issues to ensure timely project delivery.
Support users throughout system implementation projects.
Assist with business process re-engineering and process improvement initiatives.
Provide PMO support and coordinate project activities with stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP project coordination, PMO, testing, or system implementation projects.
Japan speaking language required to liaise with Japan stakeholders and clients
Experience leading and coordinating System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across business users, functional teams, and vendors.
Experience in project governance, risk management, issue tracking, and status reporting.
Familiarity with cutover planning, data migration, and deployment activities.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project coordination skills.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA project implementations.
