DCEO (データセンターエンジニアリング・オペレーションズ) 部門では、ファシリティエンジニア・技術者を広く募集しています。本ポジションは、アマゾンウェブサービス(AWS)のデータセンターを支える、施設内の電力設備や冷却設備などを安定稼働させることが責務です。DCEOの一員として、サーバーやネットワークなどのIT機器を収容する施設で働くことで、お客様のアプリケーションやWebサイトなどの稼働を24時間365日継続できるよう、社会インフラに貢献できる業務です。

Key job responsibilities- データセンター施設内の機械及び電気設備の保守管理
- お客様のダウンタイムを最小限に抑えるための設備障害対応
- 設備の故障や保守、拡張等に伴う技術的な問題の調査、解決
- データセンターで使われている機器の設置や撤去
- データセンター内のオフィス、サーバー室、空調機械室、電気室等様々な場所を移動しながら、他のメンバーと一緒にシフト勤務で、お客様のためにクラウドコンピューティングを24時間365日稼働が継続できるよう取り組みます。
- データセンター内の機械及び電気設備の監視および制御を行います。
- メンテナンス作業を安全かつスムーズに行うために、計画を立案して万全の準備を行います。
- 機器のメンテナンスサービスを提供するベンダーを管理します。
- データセンターで使用されるサーバーやハードウェア機器の設置や取り外し、及びその他の部品や消耗品の配送などを行うチームと協力して作業します。
- 施設のオペレーションコストの削減に取り組みながら、イノベーションを推進します。

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 電気・機械工学、製造、海洋産業、石油・ガス、代替エネルギー、原子力、電気通信事業者のいずれかでの実務経験
