The purpose of this role is to lead and manage customer analysis deep dives, execute the strategies outlined by senior leadership, and manage the day-to-day communication with clients
Job Description
Key responsibilities
- Builds dashboards and manages dashboard build teams
- Manages the quality check and acceptance process between build teams and stakeholder teams
- Manages the client relationship on medium-sized reporting and visualisation projects
- Develops underlying data structures for complex projects with multiple use cases
- Leads discovery with internal and client stakeholders to document requirements
- Scopes and estimates level of effort new projects with guidance from Directors and Head
- Responds to RFPs with guidance from Directors and Head
- Manages a team of Executives and Analysts
- Ensures adherence to commitments defined in project plans and SOWs
