Duration: Immediate – End of Dec 2026

Location: 8 Commonwealth Lane

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments; perform GRPO transactions in ERP.
Update and maintain accurate inventory records in ERP.
Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Pick and pack orders according to standards; prepare shipments with proper labelling and documentation.
Ensure efficient processing and timely delivery of goods to meet customer requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery, following company policies and procedures.
Safely operate reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment; perform routine maintenance and report issues.
Maintain and service warehouse vehicles and equipment as needed.
Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation.
Record stock movements and ensure inventory accuracy in ERP.
Organize and store inventory; ensure proper labelling and storage for easy access.
Follow 5S housekeeping standards and maintain warehouse security.
Address and resolve issues related to orders, collections, or deliveries promptly.
Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and suppliers.
Sustain corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues and address operational needs.
Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Experience as a Warehouse Operator or in a similar role.
Valid driving license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
Proficiency with SAP B1 or any other ERP systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as part of the warehouse operations.
Analysis, problem solving and reporting
Training in operating a reach truck will be provided
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to communicate well in email.
Committed and able to work independently with minimal supervision
