Job Summary

The Vice President, Global Immigration Service Delivery (Asia Pacific) is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational performance, and continued evolution of immigration service delivery across the Asia Pacific region. This individual will lead a diverse, geographically distributed organization responsible for delivering exceptional immigration services, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving operational excellence, and creating an outstanding experience for clients, employees, and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will balance strategic vision with operational discipline, leading multiple teams while driving innovation, service quality, productivity, profitability, and client satisfaction across a complex and rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.

As a key member of the global leadership team, the Vice President will partner closely with regional and global stakeholders to align service delivery strategies, accelerate growth, champion transformation initiatives, and strengthen the organization’s position as a trusted advisor in global mobility and immigration services.

In partnership with the Regional Vice President of Sales, the Vice President will play a visible role in supporting business growth across the Asia Pacific region. This includes participating in client and prospect meetings, contributing to strategic sales pursuits, and presenting the organization’s operational capabilities, service model, delivery excellence, scalability, compliance framework, and value proposition to prospective clients. The Vice President will serve as a credible executive representative of the organization, helping to differentiate the company through demonstrated operational expertise and client-focused solutions. In addition, the Vice President will oversee a group of Managing Directors, each of whom will have specific local growth targets.

The Vice President will also work closely with the Head of Global Account Management to support the successful management and retention of strategic client relationships. As needed, the Vice President will serve as a senior regional contact and escalation point for clients across Asia Pacific, providing leadership and oversight to resolve complex service issues, strengthen client partnerships, and ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality outcomes aligned with client expectations and business objectives.
