Stall Assistant Job Responsibilities
- Take customer orders and handle cashier duties
- Prepare and serve food according to company standards
- Pack takeaway and delivery orders accurately
- Assist with basic food preparation
- Replenish ingredients, packaging and other supplies
- Check and maintain stock levels
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the stall at all times
- Clean tables, counters and food preparation areas
- Wash dishes, cooking utensils and equipment
- Sweep and mop floors
- Dispose of rubbish and maintain the waste disposal area
- Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment and workstations
- Perform opening and closing cleaning duties
- Follow food hygiene and safety requirements
- Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Candidates must be currently eligible to work in Singapore
- F&B experience is an advantage but not compulsory
- Training will be provided
- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to work weekends and public holidays according to roster
