The Sales Support Intern plays a key role in supporting the sales and business development team by ensuring smooth coordination of pre‑sales and administrative activities. This internship provides valuable exposure to the end‑to‑end sales cycle, customer engagement, and business operations within a professional environment.
What You'll Do
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, quotations, and tender documents.
- Ensure sales materials are accurate, well‑formatted, and submitted on time.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
- Support strategic sales initiatives by analysing and presenting research findings.
- Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) records.
- Track sales opportunities and assist with pipeline management and sales forecasting.
- Coordinate with technical, finance, and operations teams to support proposal development and customer requests.
- Assist in organising customer meetings, product demonstrations, marketing events, and exhibitions.
- Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Support administrative tasks, including document management, scheduling, and maintaining sales records.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business development and customer engagement.
- Gain practical experience in sales operations, commercial processes, and business development while developing strong communication, analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
- Good presentation design and information visualisation skills.
