The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
About the Team:
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented intern to support SPX Collection Points onboarding and incubation operations. You will assist with onboarding new Collection Points, follow up on outstanding items, and help newly onboarded Collection Points to stabilise during their incubation period.
Job Description:
- Support the end-to-end onboarding of new Collection Points
- Follow up with Collection Points to complete the required onboarding steps
- Track onboarding and incubation progress, and update internal trackers
- Support incubation management by identifying issues early and escalating when needed
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve onboarding or operational blockers
- Support process improvement by helping to document and streamline workflows
Requirements:
- Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office products such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SQL is an advantage
- Enthusiastic team player with a positive work attitude
- Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
- Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
