Principal / Senior Architectural Technical Executive
Responsibilities- Under the Project Architect's supervision, lead and supervise the Architectural Drafting / BIM modelling team in developing detailed and coordinated Building Information Modelling (BIM) Architectural models and drawings using ArchiCAD / Revit and AutoCAD.
- Oversee the creation and quality assurance of CAD / BIM drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and project execution plans.
- Coordinate architectural models with other disciplines (C&S, MEP), perform clash detection, and ensure accurate and up-to-date CAD / BIM documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide the Drafting / BIM modelling team, assign tasks, review work, and ensure adherence to BIM standards and project timelines.
- Generate quantity take-offs, schedules, and architectural documentation from BIM models, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain office filing systems, oversee Architectural Drawing / BIM submissions for regulatory approvals, and support other project-related tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology with at least 3 - 5 years of experience in the Singapore construction industry.
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD / Revit and AutoCAD, with a thorough understanding of Singapore BCA BIM guidelines and relevant architectural design codes.
- Experience leading Drafting / BIM modelling teams and coordinating multidisciplinary projects.
- Strong knowledge of Architectural Drawing / BIM standards, project execution plans, clash detection workflows, and ability to supervise model accuracy and quality control.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and leadership skills with the ability to take ownership and responsibility for the team's deliverables.
- Contractual detail: Successful candidates will be offered a 2-year contract; all applicants will be notified on whether they are shortlisted within 4 weeks of the closing date of the job posting.
