Salary: S$2,800 – S$3,900 per month
Working Hours:

MORNING SHIFT: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm
Saturday, 7:30am onwards until completion of daily tasks
Sunday: OFF

AFTERNOON SHIFT: Monday to Friday, 3:30pm onwards until completion of daily tasks
Saturday: OFF
Sunday, 7:30am onwards until completion of daily tasks

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate and ensure the smooth operation of daily delivery and trucking activities.
Manage inbound and outbound shipments between yards, warehouses and customer destinations.
Plan and assign daily jobs to prime mover drivers based on delivery requirements and priorities.
Monitor and track drivers’ movements and job progress using GPS tracking systems.
Ensure all assigned jobs are completed accurately and within the required timeframe.
Manage and lead a team of prime mover drivers, providing guidance and support where required.
Communicate closely with drivers to address operational issues, feedback and delivery concerns.
Assign trucking jobs through the PSA Haulier Community System.
Process and manage documentation through the PSA Portnet System.
Coordinate depot bookings through the CDAS CMS online system.
Ensure drivers maintain proper documentation and handle cargo safely to prevent damage.
Liaise closely with Customer Service to coordinate trucking arrangements and fulfil customer requirements.
Work closely with the Operations Assistant Manager to improve operational efficiency and resource utilisation.

Support the company’s ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 22301 Integrated Management System requirements.

Requirements

Minimum GCE O-Level qualification.
At least 4–5 years of relevant experience in traffic control, transport coordination, logistics or trucking operations.

Good knowledge of Singapore roads and routes for effective job allocation to drivers.
Experience managing or coordinating prime mover drivers will be an advantage.
Familiarity with PSA Portnet and Haulier Community System will be an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
