- Technical Drawing: Create and review P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), 2Dlayouts, and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Calculation& Sizing: Perform engineering calculations for pipe sizing, pressure drop, pump head, and equipment capacity to ensure system efficiency.
- BIM Coordination: Utilize Revit for 3D spatial coordination to identify and resolve clashes with other disciplines (e.g., electrical, structural) before construction.
On-site Construction & Supervision
- Site Supervision: Oversee on-site installation of mechanical piping, equipment positioning, and support structures to ensure alignment with design specifications.
- Contractor Management: Manage external contractors, lead site coordination meetings, and ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.
- Safety& Quality Control: Enforce site safety protocols (EHS) and conduct quality inspections of welding, piping pressure tests, and insulation work.
