AWP is looking for aBIM Managerto join our team of digital experts and support our continued growth in Singapore and across the region.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing BIM strategies, coordinating digital workflows, and supporting project teams in delivering high-quality, innovative architectural solutions.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree orhigher inArchitecture, Engineering, Construction, or arelated discipline.
8+ years ofprofessional BIM experience, preferably within anarchitectural, engineering, or multidisciplinary designpractice.
Strong proficiency inRevitand other BIM/digital design tools; experience withRhino, Grasshopper, Navisworks, or Dynamois an advantage.
Proven experience developingand implementingBIM standards, workflows, templates, and protocolsacross projects.
Strong understanding ofBIM methodologies, ISO19650,information management,and digital deliveryprocesses.
Experience managing BIMcoordination acrossmultiple disciplines, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Ability to establishand maintainBIM Execution Plans( BETs), model standards, namingconventions, and quality-control procedures.
Strong understanding ofmodel coordination, clashdetection, modelauditing, data management, andCommon Data Environments(CDEs).
Experience supporting projectteams fromconcept design throughconstruction and delivery.
Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills, with the abilitytotrain and mentorarchitects and designersin BIM workflows.
Proactive, collaborative, and solution-orientedapproach to digitaldesign and projectdelivery.
Experience working onlarge-scale orcomplex projects inSingapore and/orSoutheast Asiais highly desirable.
Familiarity with localBIM requirements, Corenet X – IFC drawings and submission standards inSingapore would bean advantage.

Specific Responsibility, Accountability & Authority:

1.Responsible to the Project Architect and will liaise with the Senior Project Executive, BIM Coordinator and Technicians.

2.Lead the entire team in BIM implementation, standards, modelling workflow and methodologies.

3.Prepare the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) as per project requirements.

4.Monitor BIM modelling and update BIM models consistently.

5.Accurate model management and administration ensuring a healthy BIM database, manage and deliver appropriate visual (VDC) to support design/construction works.

6.Generate walkthrough animation VR for visual checking. Conduct clash detection using Navisworks or any other software.

7.Collaborate and coordinate with the design consultant teams to ensure all BIM models are in order as per design requirements.

8.Review all work for completeness and accuracy.

9.Assign BIM resources as per project requirements.

10.Provide BIM training and guidance to all staff.
