- Main Contractor
- Up to $5,500 (depending on experience)
- Building projects experience
- Multiple positions available
Responsibilities:
Support the Site Manager in executing and monitoring site works to ensure timely project completion.
Liaise with consultants and coordinate subcontractors on site execution and quality matters.
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, approved drawings, specifications, and agreed procedures.
Track variations, claims, and cost impacts, and support cost control within the project budget.
Coordinate with QA/QC to ensure works meet quality, environmental, and safety standards.
Review drawings, identify discrepancies, and manage changes with the design team in accordance with procedures.
Maintain inspection records and ensure site compliance with the Project Quality Plan and regulatory requirements.
Report to the Assistant Site Manager and Construction Manager and support overall site governance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong technical understanding of M&E systems and trades.
- Familiarity with local codes, regulations, and safety standards related to building construction and M&E services.
