As the Vice President, you will be responsible for providing strategic advisory services for M&A, IPO, and other financial transactions. Your key duties will include driving deal execution, managing client relationships, and demonstrating expertise in financial advisory, M&A, IPO, capital raising, and financial analysis. It is crucial to have a proven track record in leading teams and achieving outstanding results within a fast-paced environment.To excel in this role, you should hold an MBA from a top-tier institute or possess a CA or CFA designation. A Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or engineering is required, accompanied by a strong academic background. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or a related field.Your primary responsibilities will involve leading deal structuring, execution, and negotiations for various financial transactions, including M&A, debt, capital market, and equity deals. You will be expected to develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, private equity firms, and institutional investors. Additionally, you will oversee financial models, valuations, and industry research, providing strategic insights to clients on capital markets and growth opportunities. Mentoring and managing team members to nurture a high-performance culture will be a key aspect of your role.Key Skills required for this position include strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential, along with deep industry knowledge and established relationships in investment banking.Your ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless deal execution, coupled with an affinity for staying updated on current events, critical issues, and relevant news, will be critical to your success in this role.,
