Team members work with business stakeholders and engineers to clarify needs, document requirements, and deliver system improvements that support business processes. Get to Know the Role As a Business Analyst Intern, you will work with business teams and senior Business Analysts to define requirements and support prioritisation, delivery, and testing. This full-time, onsite internship at Grab One North runs from January to May/June 2027. You will gain practical experience in requirements analysis, backlog management, and user acceptance testing while working with business and engineering teams. You will report to Lead Business Analyst, Salesforce Delivery. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
• You will coordinate requirements sessions with business teams to clarify project goals, user needs, and workflows.
• You will translate findings into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
