What You Will Be Doing
Provide professional and timely assistance to residents for all inquiries and requests
Manage concierge duties such as facility bookings, courier service and transportation arrangements
Handle incoming calls, deliveries and parcels accurately
Coordinate function room or event area setup to ensure smooth support
Uphold estate safety and maintain a welcoming, organized reception area at all times
What We’re Looking For Someone Who’s
Service-oriented, approachable, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality or residential management is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to work rotating shifts
