Admin - Data Processing Asst Team Lead [Bishan | Thomson]

We are looking for a proactive and hands‑on Assistant Team Lead to support operational excellence, supervise a team of Processing Officers, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day processing activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager/Operations Supervisor in overseeing the daily operations of the processing site

• Lead daily operations and supervise the team during the absence of the Project Manager/Operations Supervisor

• Plan and coordinate staff deployment to ensure smooth operations and service delivery

• Monitor application processing to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with operational SOPs

• Conduct audits, spot checks, and resolve operational issues or escalations promptly

• Train, coach, and provide guidance to Processing Officers on work processes and system usage

• Ensure proper accountability of operational assets, equipment, and controlled items during shift handovers

• Prepare daily operational reports and communicate updates, instructions, and process changes to the team

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent

• At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience, preferably in customer service, operations, or administrative environments

• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop team members

• Customer-focused with experience in service delivery, issue resolution, and service recovery

• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving skills

Other Information:

• Shift Pattern: 3 ON 2 OFF

• AM Shift: 9:00am – 6:30pm

• PM Shift: 12:30pm – 10:00pm

• Location: Midview City (Near Thomson-East Coast Line MRT)
