Build positive relationships with students and provide timely guidance and support.
Assist in managing student conduct and behavioural issues, including conflict resolution and de-escalation.
Supervise students and monitor their interactions, behaviour, and well-being.
Identify and report concerns requiring attention or intervention to designated school personnel.
Liaise with school staff, parents, guardians, and relevant stakeholders to support students.
Maintain accurate records of student incidents, observations, interventions, and follow-up actions.
Stay updated on youth behavioural trends and issues affecting student well-being.
Maintain professional boundaries and handle confidential information appropriately.
Follow school policies, procedures, and reporting protocols.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the school.

Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
Experience in education, youth-related, community, social service, or other people-facing environments is an advantage.
Good interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Able to engage effectively with children and youths while maintaining professional boundaries.
Observant and responsive, with the ability to identify behavioural concerns and situations requiring intervention.
Able to manage challenging or sensitive situations calmly and professionally.
Demonstrate sound judgement, maturity, patience, resilience, and adaptability.
Able to maintain confidentiality and prepare clear and accurate documentation.
Able to work collaboratively with students, parents, guardians, and school personnel.
Suitable for working in a school environment and supporting student conduct and well-being.
