Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

1. Strategic Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain high-level relationships with major telecom operators in Singapore, overseas, and corporate headquarters, playing a leading role in the company's operations.
  • Expand a senior-level cooperation network with international and local internet companies to drive multi-dimensional business synergies and strategic collaborations.

2. Business Development and Market Strategy

  • Formulate and execute cross-border business expansion strategies, leading market development for network and communication projects.
  • Identify and promote new business opportunities and cooperation projects in IDC (Internet Data Centers), network infrastructure, cloud computing, and IoT.
  • Review, analyze, and gain an in-depth understanding of business, industry, and regulatory trends to provide the management with strategic guidance, analysis, and insights.

3. Project Management and Execution

  • Oversee major ICT (Information and Communication Technology) and network communication projects, managing the entire lifecycle from initiation and business negotiations to delivery.
  • Monitor the implementation progress of IDC operations and network communication projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

4. Team Management and Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Lead multinational and cross-departmental teams, coordinating internal and external resources to achieve project and business objectives.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance overall execution capability and professional competence.

5. Industry Insights and Strategic Planning

  • Continuously track global and regional trends in network communications, IDC, and cloud computing, providing regular strategic analysis and recommendations.
  • Participate in formulating the company's medium- and long-term development strategies for Singapore, overseas, and corporate headquarters markets.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Marketing, or other related fields.
  2. At least 5 years of management experience in the ICT, network communications, or IDC industry.
  3. Proven track record in cross-border business development and large-scale project management.
  4. Solid understanding of business models and technology trends in ICT, IDC, network communications, and cloud computing.
  5. Excellent cross-cultural communication, reporting, and business negotiation skills.
