Role Purpose:

As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll represent the face of Watch District, welcoming clients into our boutique and guiding them through our curated collection of fine timepieces. Your ability to connect authentically, share product knowledge, and provide an elevated experience will be key to our continued success.

What We Are Looking For:

  • We are seeking a confident, well-groomed candidate with a strong presence and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in retail, sales, or customer service, ideally within a luxury or high-value environment
  • Strong selling skills and a commercial mindset to meet and exceed sales goals
  • A passion for luxury watches, with working knowledge of Rolex and other major Swiss brands (advantageous)
  • Ability to clearly explain the value, history, and unique features of our timepieces to both seasoned collectors and first-time buyers
  • Proven ability to contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism when engaging with clients
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about horology and market trends
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays (minimum 3 full days per week)
