Job Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain sector.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Understand client needs and provide tailored logistics solutions to meet their business requirements.Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed business targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to implement innovative approaches to market logistics services.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential risks.Provide market insights and feedback to the management team for strategic planning.Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including forecasts, client feedback, and market trends.Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and streamline sales processes.Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to establish profitable and sustainable partnerships.Ensure accurate and timely completion of contract documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.Job Requirements:
- Experience in business development, sales, or account management within the logistics and supply chain sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
