Roles & Responsibilities
  • Position: Telesales Consultant (Legacy & Wealth Management) – Up to Gross $4,000 or more
  • Location: Raffles Place - Near MRT
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
  • Salary (Commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 Basic + Sales Incentives + Annual Leavse + Medical Benefits + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Industry: Wealth & Estate Management

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver scripted talks to promote company products/services and persuade potential customers
  • Provide information about products/services to customers
  • Follow up with past customers for potential sales
  • Conduct pre-event follow-up through telemarketing and manage post-event lead tracking for legal consultations.
  • Work closely with the Managing Partner and legal team to convert prospects into clients through home visits and referrals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of O' Levels at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates who can only speak mandarin.
