Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead the Classical Ballet Exercise for the various assigned Groups and Levels
  • Assist Head Coach during training sessions with technical/judging advice and adapting to work with gymnasts from various age groups and skill levels.
  • Understand and apply the right corrections of the main coaching system for Rhythmic Gymnastics patented by the Company such as: Warm Up, Stretching, Feet Technique, Basic Apparatus Technique, Strength & Conditioning and more.
  • Supervising assigned gymnast groups training within the academy under the direction of the head coach and strategy of the company.
  • Polish the elements (BD, AD, R) and dancing steps of gymnastics routines of assigned gymnasts.
  • Nurture,develop and guide young gymnasts with a positive and supportive approach to progress through the competitive program levels following internal assessments.
  • Pitch in innovative ideas, music, and choreography suggestions with approval from the Head Coach.
  • Contribute and participate, as required by the head coach, in preparing gymnasts of all levels and age groups for events, productions, and competitions.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism in RG instructions and related tasks while working closely with internal departments to achieve company objectives, ensuring business goals are met.
  • Maintain positive relationships with parents by conservatively sharing information, whether through verbal communication, open classes, or coach reports.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Head Coach or the Company.
