About Us:

At SwimTwins Swim Academy, we are passionate about teaching swimming skills and water safety to students of all ages and abilities. Our mission is to build confidence, promote fitness, and instill a love for swimming in a safe and supportive environment. Join our team and help make a difference in our swimmers' lives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct swimming lessons for students across various age groups and skill levels, from beginners to advanced swimmers.
  • Follow the school's structured curriculum to conduct group and private lessons.
  • Prioritize the safety of all participants by adhering to water safety and first aid protocols.
  • Provide constructive feedback and progress reports to students and/or parents.
  • Assist in organizing swimming events, competitions, and academy activities.
  • Support in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized pool environment and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Proficient swimming skills and strong knowledge of water safety practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about teaching and inspiring confidence in the water.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

  • Experience working with children or individuals with special needs.
  • Familiarity with competitive swimming techniques and training methods.
  • Multilingual abilities to connect with a diverse student base.

Additional Information:

  • This role requires physical activity, including being in the water for extended periods.

Part-Time Coaching Pay Rates (based on No. Of students in the class)

  • 1 pax $50 per hour
  • 2 pax $65 per hour
  • 3 pax $75 per hour
  • 4 pax $85 per hour
  • 5 pax $95 per hour
  • 6 pax $105 per hour

Full - Time salary (Half Load 22 hours/week)

$2000 - $2500 per month
