Roles & Responsibilities

Role:

This is a part-time, onsite, Teacher Aide cum Admin support ( General) in the area of Science Lab/ Art Room/ Maths Dept/Programme Support Services in MOE Primary School. If you are selected,

You will work closely with Admin Manager and Principal / Vice Principals in an MOE Primary School (nearest MRT-Khatib ) in the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:


• Maintain and ensure that the materials in the Art room and equipment in the Science laboratory are clean and in good working condition.


• Maintain the science of hydroponics, Vegepods and eco-garden areas.


• Support in overseeing Science Trails in the school.


• Assist the teachers on the Science experiments


• Maintain the science laboratory inventory


• Maintain the Art room inventory


• Maintain the Maths inventory


• Laminate and packing of teaching resources


• Any other job assigned by school based on school's needs

Job Requirements:

Qualification

● Min GCE O-level education

Skills

● Meticulous, organised and have good time management

● Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

● Good communication and inter-personal skills

● Basic science laboratory knowledge i.e preparing chemicals, apparatus etc.

Experience

● Preferably with similar working experience in school environment

Summary:

Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2027 (20 months)

Working Hours:

● Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 2:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

● Fridays: 7:00am to 2.00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

● Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, gazetted public holidays and school holidays such as March, June, September and December school holidays.
