Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team of Devotee Service (Counter)
  • Plan and manage counter duty roster
  • Allocate online orders to counter staff for issuing receipts
  • Arrange regular counter meetings to reduce mistakes and improve work efficiency through interactive communication and sharing of examples among team members
  • Propose and plan training program for the counter team members
  • Evaluate team member performance and coach them to improve customer service skills
  • Assist in devotees enquiries and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total devotee satisfaction
  • Handle cash transactions and bank transfer efficiently and accurately
  • Record the cash balance of counter staff at daily checkout
  • Perform all other duties assigned by the management

Entry Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 3 years of related working experience
  • An eye for detail and be able to work independently and adapt to changes
  • Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Able to commence work immediately is preferred
