Roles & Responsibilities

Remuneration: Basic up to $2,500

Work Days: 5.5 Days (based on schedule)

Location: Serangoon, East Coast, Great World

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle appointment bookings and customer inquiries via phone calls, messages and online booking platforms.
  • Greet and attend to walk-in customers in a warm and welcoming manner.
  • Manage reception duties such as processing payments and daily sales reporting using POS system.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of reception and waiting areas.

Requirements

  • Min. 1 year experience in customer service or receptionist role
  • Proficient in using booking platfroms and POS systems
  • Comfortable to travel to mutiple outlets and work on weekends
  • Prior experience in beauty or wellness industry is highly advantageous
