Job Responsibilities
- The conduct of gaming:
- Deal at Table Games, provide fun/friendly customer service experience and ensure maximum games security;
- Deal at Electronic Table Games with Player Terminals;
- Handle transaction/exchange of money, coupon, voucher or chips to patrons of the casino;
- Handle the shuffling (or any other method of randomizing) or preparation thereafter of cards intended for use in an approved game;
- Handle the operation, minor repair or maintenance of gaming equipment use at gaming table;
- Handle/check/observe player rating at gaming table.
- Ensure compliance with Gambling Regulatory and other statutory requirements, established policies, standard operating procedures, internal control & service standards;
- Assistant to patrons; to disseminate information related to the playing of a game, rules of an approve games and/or such other advise or information concerning casino floor promotion events occurrence from time to time.
- To assist in collecting feedback for gaming-related loyalty programmes or survey in the casino premises for better customer service delivery.
- Perform all other ad-hoc duties / assignments as and when required.
Requirements
- Must meet the Gaming Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of being at least 21 years of age.
- Secondary education preferred.
- No experience required as training will be provided.
- Quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations when determining pay out bets.
- Comfortable working in casino environment where smoking is permitted.
- Possess excellent customer relations, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once.
- Able to work rotating shifts and on weekends and public holidays.
