Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:

  • Implement Best Practices: Drive excellence in coding standards, team performance, and project outcomes.
  • Develop and Optimize Solutions: Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve scalable systems.
  • Collaborate: Review and enhance pull requests (PRs) while working closely with a global team.
  • Mentor and Lead: Take ownership of deliverables, guide junior team members, and foster a positive, results-driven team culture.
  • Problem-Solve: Respond to bug reports and feature requests as part of day-to-day operations.
  • Innovate: Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance product functionality, and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and SQL. Familiarity with Vue.js, GraphQL, MySQL, and Docker is a plus.
  • Quality Focus: Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality code independently.
  • Collaboration Skills: Experience reviewing pull requests and working effectively with distributed teams.
  • Education: A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Time Zone Alignment: Willingness to work during U.S. hours, with at least 4+ hours of overlap with PST or EST time zones (UK hours are also acceptable).
