Preschool Lead Teacher (Mandarin)

Katong Park MRT | $3,000 – $4,500

We are looking for an experienced Mandarin Senior Preschool Educator to join our international, play-based preschool. This role is ideal for an educator who enjoys guiding young children while also mentoring fellow teachers.

Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and support educators in delivering quality Mandarin lessons
  • Lead curriculum planning and ensure engaging, age-appropriate activities
  • Create safe, stimulating, and play-based learning environments
  • Build strong partnerships with parents and the school community
  • Work with children aged 18 months to 6 years (Playgroup, Nursery, Kindergarten)
Requirements:
  • ECDA L2 Certification (mandatory)
  • WSQ Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Mandarin (DECCE-T) or higher
  • Minimum 5 years' teaching experience in Mandarin preschool classrooms
  • Experience in mentoring or leading a team is an advantage
