About the Role:

We are seeking an insightful and detail-oriented Real Estate Product Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, product performance, and customer behavior to guide strategic decisions and product improvements in the real estate sector. Your ability to translate data into actionable insights will help shape our offerings, improve customer experience, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze real estate market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for product development and enhancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, marketing, and sales, to define product strategies and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor product performance.
  • Conduct pricing analysis and financial modeling to support product positioning and value proposition.
  • Provide actionable insights from customer feedback and user behavior to optimize product features and functionality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies impacting the real estate market.
  • Assist in crafting presentations and materials to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in product management or a similar role within the real estate industry a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent language skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and investment strategies.
  • Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
