Across all levels, our kitchen is a safe space for every culinary mind to explore their artistry and hone their craft in every dish, and in every detail.

You'll be in charge of:

  • Create and prepare a variety of desserts and baked goods, including cakes, cookies, breads, pastries, and other sweet treats to complement Claudine's menu.
  • Develop new recipes and ideas for desserts and baked goods.
  • Manage the kitchen and ensure that all desserts and baked goods are prepared in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Train and manage the pastry team, including bakers in the kitchen.
  • Order and maintain supplies and inventory for the pastry kitchen, working closely with the Executive Chef.
  • Ensure that all desserts and baked goods are of the highest quality and meet the standards set by Odette.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and other members within the culinary team to develop menus and specials.
  • Ensure compliance with all local health, safety and hygiene standards within the pastry kitchen.
