Job Summary
Responsible for leading or co-leading project teams under the guidance of senior architects.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Oversee and manage the project team to ensure projects are completed within the stipulated timelines, budgets, and in compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
- Simultaneously handle multiple projects from the design phase to project completion under supervision.
- Ensure the project team adheres to company standards in workflow practices while proposing process improvements.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with various stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
- Contribute to securing new business opportunities.
- Review and oversee the production of drawings and BIM models required for the project, including submission drawings, detailed drawings, clash detection, construction drawings, and as-built documentation.
- Coordinate submissions to authorities, ensuring that all necessary forms, drawings, and BIM models are completed and submitted accurately. Engage with authorities on submission matters as guided by seniors.
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience as an architectural associate or a similar role.
- Possess a Degree in Architecture/Mandatory proficiency in Revit Modeling
- Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Enscape.
- Experience in managing projects from concept to construction completion.
- Preferred experience in private and public residential projects in Singapore.
