Roles & Responsibilities

Finance Executive (up to $4,000 /AP /AR / East/ Permanent Role)


• Location: East Area


• 5 Days work week


• Permanent Role


• Salary: up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus

Responsibility:

  • Manage daily financial operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets Register, and other finance-related tasks.
  • Assist with month-end financial closing processes.
  • Oversee inventory month-end closing procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of staff claims and disbursements.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Prepare tax provision schedules and handle quarterly GST return filings.
  • Coordinate with auditors on audit-related matters and schedules.
  • Reporting to the Business Unit head (CEO) and Finance Manager and perform all assistant tasks delegated by Superior.

Requirement:

  • Min Diploma / Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in related job scope, experienced in managing full sets of accounts will be advantageuos.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GST filing.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (SAP) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
