Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect plumbing system and identify issue.
  • Perform maintenance and inspection of water tanks in accordance with PUB requirements.
  • Prepare and submit necessary plumbing work submissions to the relevant authorities as required by regulations.
  • Carrying out preventive maintenance tasks on all mechanical and plumbing equipment.
  • Maintaining and repairing the various plumbing installations properly.
  • Ensure all plumbing work is in compliance with safety standards and building codes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of plumbing work completed, including inspections, repairs, and installations.
  • Quickly troubleshoot and resolve plumbing problems.
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (e.g., pipes, fixtures, fittings) in accordance with codes and safety standards.
  • Submission to authority on work completion for water tanks.
  • Adhere to all relevant regulations and safety standard.

Requirements:

  • Valid LP license (PUB Licensed plumber)
  • Class 3 Driving License
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Physical ability to perform plumbing tasks and hands-on if necessary
  • Includes all other duties assigned as and when needed by the company
