  Our client is a Engineering and construction company that specializes designing and delivering mega and significant projects. They are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer for their expanding business.
  
  Responsibilities
  • Carry out engineering duties related to the design of electrical systems for data centre projects.
  • Prepare calculations and technical documents to support the electrical system design.
  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure coordinated and integrated project deliverables.
  • Provide expert technical input for studies and relevant documentation.
  • Support on-site project execution and serve as the electrical subject matter expert.
  • Contribute to the development of design standards and procedures to ensure high-quality and cost-effective outcomes.
  • Assist in producing design documents at various stages—conceptual, preliminary, and final—including calculations for equipment sizing and selection, power distribution diagrams, and layout plans.
  • Ensure all electrical drawings and documentation meet technical standards and are delivered on schedule.
  • Highlight technical concerns and raise change notifications when necessary.
  • Organize regular meetings for the electrical team, draft action plans, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Prepare scope of work documents and technical packages to support project needs.
    
    
  Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent qualifications and experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in mechanical engineering within the data centre industry.
  • Experience working with international data centre companies.
  • Familiarity with sustainability standards such as LEED or BREEAM.
  • Proficient in using digital tools and working within common data environments.
  • Demonstrated success in mechanical engineering within construction management processes.
  • Proven ability to lead mechanical engineering processes and manage project teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly to all stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of ASHRAE standards.
  • Understanding of various data centre designs and commissioning requirements.

  • Location: depending on Project
  • Working hours: 5 Days
  • Salary: To be Discussed based on experience (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
