Roles & Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Junior Creative Designer — an early-career creative, fresh graduate, or final-year design student (Visual Comms / Design) — with an eye for typography, clean layouts, and emotive visual storytelling, where minimalism meets warmth.

This is a 4-month part-time role (16 hrs/week, Sept–Jan 2026). You'll work closely with our female clinician-founder who believes design can be both beautiful and healing.

Together, we'll create calming, inspiring visual experiences that make digital wellbeing support feel human, accessible and inspiring.

This role is perfect if you are:

  • Passionate about design for social impact
  • Excited to build a portfolio of real-world work with meaningful human impact

Key Responsibilities

  • Design learning materials and PDFs that are clear and calming
  • Translate psychology and wellbeing concepts into easy to understand visuals
  • Help evolve our visual identity (typography, colours, icons, layouts)
  • Create visual assets for our learning platform, website, and social media
  • Ensure all designs feel calming, cohesive and relatable

What We're Looking For

  • Early-career creative, fresh graduate, or final-year design student (Visual Comms / Design)
  • Strong eye for layout, typography, colour, and composition
  • Comfortable with Canva (Figma / Adobe a bonus)
  • Collaborative, curious and organised
  • Singaporean/PR only (CPF-compliant role)
  • We don't hire from résumés alone — please include a portfolio or sample work so we can get a feel for your creative style and process.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with simple animation/video editing tools.
  • Open to experimenting with AI image generation design tools for creative storytelling
  • Experience creating visuals for wellness, or health-related projects.

Commitment & Compensation

  • Hours: ~16 hours/week (flexible daytime schedule in 4-hour creative blocks)
  • Format: Hybrid — remote work, with regular in-person creative sessions at WeWork Collyer Quay
  • Stipend: $1,600/month + CPF
  • Duration: 4 months — late Sept 2025 to Jan 2026 (continuous, no gaps; with flexibility for public holidays)
  • Start: Late September 2025
