Roles & Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Operations & Admin

    Handle day-to-day administrative tasks (scheduling, filing, coordination).

    Manage office needs, vendors, and supplies.

    Assist with grant applications, paperwork, and compliance.
  • People & HR

    Support recruitment (job postings, scheduling interviews, candidate coordination).

    Maintain HR records and employee documentation.

    Help shape company culture and team engagement activities.
  • Founder Support

    Act as a sparring partner on projects — research, prepare briefs, summarize findings.

    Track and follow up on action items across the business.

    Jump in where needed to unblock operations — no task too big or small.

What We're Looking For

  • Organized, resourceful, and proactive — you see what needs to be done before being asked.
  • Strong communicator who enjoys working with people.
  • Comfortable wearing many hats and switching gears quickly.
  • Curious about startups and eager to learn how a business is built from the ground up.
  • Previous experience in admin/ops/HR is a plus, but attitude matters more than CV.
