Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview:

As a Graduate Trainee, you will be immersed in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the development of proprietary AI tools, automating investment workflows, and identifying new investment opportunities. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about technology, investment research, and automation in financial markets. You will work closely with experienced professionals and gain hands-on exposure to investment processes, trading workflows, client management, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop AI-Driven Investment Tools:

  • Work on building proprietary Generative AI (GenAI) solutions to enhance the investment research process.
  • Implement LLMs (Large Language Models) to support equity research and investment decision-making.
  • Optimize and refine AI-driven research methodologies for actionable insights.

2. Automate Investment & Operational Workflows:

  • Develop automation solutions for the entire investment lifecycle, including trade execution, settlement, client management, and finance operations.
  • Improve efficiency by integrating AI-driven analytics into daily business workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operational processes.

3. Analyze Innovative Sectors & Investment Targets:

  • Conduct sector analysis and due diligence to identify potential investment opportunities in high-growth industries.
  • Develop expertise in analyzing emerging sectors such as AI, fintech, biotech, and deep tech.
  • Assist in producing research reports and investment recommendations.

4. Support Ad-Hoc Projects & Strategic Initiatives:

  • Work on additional projects as assigned, contributing to business strategy, investment innovation, and company growth.
  • Engage in exploratory projects to enhance operational effectiveness and investment methodologies.
  • Assist leadership in executing strategic initiatives.
