Roles & Responsibilities

Highlights:

  • Contract Duration: 3 months
  • Salary range: $2600 - $2800
  • Nearest MRT: Kent Ridge
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday; 8:30am – 6:00pm

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder
  • Prior experience Administrative experience.
  • Comfortable speaking at the front counter / doing receptionist duties.

Description:

  • Records management support, including document and data verification and quality checks.
  • Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Receptionist duties, including attending to calls, distribution of mail, and manning the front counter.
  • Procurement admin support, including facilitating the evaluation of procurement documents and raising AORs.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel for higherups and coordinating of engagement and training sessions.
  • Other duties as assigned.
