Position: Investment Administrator (Venture Capital) (Japanese Speaking) (Job ID: 19749)

Job Description:

  • Assist in managing investment administration processes, including fund operations, reporting, and compliance.
  • Support financial reporting, accounting, and reconciliation related to investments.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and fund administrators.
  • Monitor and track portfolio investments, capital calls, and distributions.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
  • Assist in preparing investment reports and presentations
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth investment operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of investments and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Background from Big 4, fund administration houses, PE/VC firms is preferred.
  • Fluency in Japanese (spoken and written) is required to liaise with Japan Headquarters
