  • Monitor system performance and implement measures to optimise efficiency and reliability
  • Convert physical workloads to virtual as part of systems consolidation
  • Support users in migration/upgrade related issues. Respond to incoming technical support requests in a timely, courteous and professional manner
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on the effective use of IT systems
  • Ensure IT operations performed as per service and operational level (SLA/OLA) and comply with internal standards, policies and compliance requirement.
  • Document technical processes and procedures to maintain knowledge base

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree Holder in IT or equivalent
  • Possess good technical knowledge and skills with more than 4 years of hands-on experience in the following:
  • Windows Servers administration including Active Directory, Microsoft Office365, DNS/DHCP, File/Print
  • VMware vSphere, vcenter
  • User and application support
  • Good to have knowledge in VMware vcenter convertor
  • Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and virtualization platforms
  • MCSA/MCSE/ VCP certification preferred
