Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach and guide children and adults in art principles and techniques.
  • Conduct individual and group art classes in studio and outdoor settings.
  • Lead studio classes, school programmes, and art workshops/events.
  • Supervise and support other art teachers to ensure high teaching standards.
  • Manage marketing initiatives to promote the studio and programmes.
  • Handle customer relationship management and inquiries.
  • Drive sales and contribute to the growth and expansion of our art programmes.
Job Requirements
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin (bilingual skills are a plus, especially for communication with Mandarin-speaking parents).
  • Willing and able to work on weekends (with off days on weekdays).
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Art, Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field (Master's Degree is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and passionate about art education and community building.
