Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Create and develop detailed 3D models of interior spaces, buildings, and other structures based on architectural plans, sketches, and other design data.
  • Create high-quality photo realistic renderings using V-ray, SketchUp, and Enscape including to Walkthrough animation.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of visuals and adherence to project timelines.
  • Review and refine renderings to ensure they meet the desired quality standards and accurately represent the design intent.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in 3D visualization and rendering to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of your work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in SketchUp for 3D modelling and expertise in Enscape for real time rendering.
  • Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and composition.
  • Ability to interpret and work from architectural drawings, sketches, and specifications.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A portfolio demonstrating high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings.
  • Work collaboratively with designers, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver visual solutions that meet design goals.
